Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing delivery, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (such as birth information for readings). By providing content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
